Once you approve your order on our site, they are processed immediately, and your cancellation request may not go through. You may have to wait for the product to be delivered to complete the cancellation.
Since we are a wholesale store, you must contact us within 7 days of your original order delivery date to qualify for a return, provided that the returned item and all its packaging materials are in their original condition, meaning to be unused and undamaged. All tags must still be attached to the product. The items on sale are not returnable.

We do not cover shipping costs for the returned item. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the products you want to return. Please use a shipping company that provides Tracking Number for your returns. It might be a good idea to purchase shipping insurance to preserve the current value of the item in case of any loss or damage in the mail. The Entiresale will not be responsible for any problems that may occur during the return process.
Please do not send items manufactured by another party and resold by us as a return.
Refunds and Exchanges
When we receive your valid return, we will notify you that we have received the returned item, and we notify you of the acceptance, partial acceptance, or rejection of the return.
If we accept your return request, we will provide you with one of the following in a reasonable time: a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
We’ll issue a refund (partially or fully) upon our receiving the returned item that meets the conditions mentioned above. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange if the returned items don’t meet these conditions.
